How do I sign up?
Only follow this process if you wish to subscribe with TransUnion or if you wish to renew your subscription. Only follow this process if you are an existing VMG DMS customer.
- Navigate to the Transunion Registration page found on HERE.
- Select your company name as registered with VMG.
- Complete all the steps and submit your form.
- TheCarPlace admin team will prepare your TransUnion agreement and email it to you.
- Print, sign, scan and email a signed copy of your contract.
- TheCarPlace.co.za will instruct VMG to activate your TransUnion services.
- You will be notified when activation is complete.

Is VMG DMS scalable? Can it support multiple branches or dealerships?
Yes — you can manage multiple locations from a single dashboard. It allows transfers between branches, consolidated reporting, and centralised control over stock, pricing, etc.
What training and support do VMG customers recieve?

- Ongoing technical support via email / phone (or chat)
- Regular updates with new features and bug fixes
How long does implementation take?
Depending on size and complexity (number of locations, existing data to migrate, extent of customisation), typical deployment takes X-Y weeks. We work closely with you so rollout is smooth.
How does pricing and billing work?
Pricing is based on [number of users / modules / features / locations]. There may be setup fees or cost for customised modules. Maintenance, updates and support are included / or offered under a support plan.
